In a dominating display, the Oklahoma Outlaws cruised to a 31-7 victory over the New Orleans Brass at the Superdome. Oklahoma, led by Doug Williams, wasted no time establishing control, as they jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. Williams was in fine form, throwing for 338 yards and three touchdowns, with his most consistent target being Brian Hieme, who hauled in five receptions for 102 yards. The Outlaws’ offense controlled the clock, converting 11 of 19 third-down attempts and racking up 26 first downs, ensuring that New Orleans had limited opportunities to get back into the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Brass managed to keep pace in the first quarter, with quarterback Rusty Hilger connecting on a 32-yard touchdown pass to Ricky Porter.
