Chicago continued their winning ways, defeating Houston at home by two touchdowns. Quarterback Greg Landry threw for 3 of those touchdowns and running back Tim Spencer ran for 2, including the final touchdown with an 82 yard run.
After winning in impressive fashion in week 1, Houston finds themselves scrambling. After giving up 41 to San Antonio last week, they allowed 42 this week to the Blitz. Including week 1, even though they won, that’s 3 games in a row that their opponents scored 40 or more. They need to find some answers on defense, quick.
