Boston got their first win of the year against Memphis in week 3. They came back from a 13-0 deficit and led for the remainder of the game. Quarterback Johnny Walton threw for 4 touchdowns in the game. the defense added an interception return for a touchdown to close it out.
Memphis added a late touchdown to make things more respectable. But, Boston beat them in convincing fashion. The loss drops Memphis to 0-3. As one of 6 expansion teams this year, fans can’t expect much more, but they continue to hold out hope that the team turns things around.
